SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 3-5 business days for production and 4-8 business days for shipping.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for our delivery services.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us upon arrival of the product and send a picture of the problem.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a refund within the first 14 days of purchase. There are no refunds after 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Refund:
The item must be unused, and we must receive timely notification of any issues with the product (see above)
Please include original packaging with the return.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
· If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see above.
Partial Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds:
· In the event you do not receive a refund within 7 days, please contact your bank and then contact your credit card company. We have been told that it sometimes takes time before a refund is officially posted.
· If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping
· Please do not send the product back to us without written approval from us via email.
· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
· Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. However, there are tracking mechanisms.
